Hotel Viura en Villabuena

Hotel Viura

The Viura hotel building, nestled on a hillside, integrates perfectly into its surroundings. It’s a mountainous area with stone houses where the modernity of its structure, completely contrasting with the medieval design of the village, skillfully fits by drawing «cubes» that blend the hotel’s interior with the exterior.

The New York Times rated the hotel as the second best hotel among vineyards in the world in 2010. Glassy concrete and a play of lights on its upper garden terrace offer unique views.

The hotel is environmentally friendly. It features a biomass boiler that is fueled by olive pits to heat the entire building.

The Viura hotel, along with Kiko’s tavern, is part of the Association for the Promotion of Villabuena-Eskuernaga.
